Each pair of sandals is handmade by Ayla, not mass-produced. Because of this, they're created in small batches after your order is placed to ensure every pair meets our quality standards. We're currently in a pre-order phase, so production and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual — but this allows us to maintain the quality and care that goes into every pair.

We offer free worldwide shipping on every order. Production typically takes around 3–6 weeks, and shipping takes around 2 weeks depending on your location, for a total of 6–8 weeks from order to doorstep. You'll receive tracking as soon as your pair ships.

Because each pair is handmade to order, we're unable to accept traditional returns or exchanges. If your pair arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. Customers who added our 30-Day Warranty at checkout also qualify for coverage against craftsmanship defects for 30 days after delivery. Our Western Slides run true to size in US women's sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up since the leather strap softens and conforms to your foot over time. Each pair is handmade, so minor variations are part of their charm!

Wipe clean with a dry cloth and condition the leather every few months with a natural leather conditioner (like Bick 4 or neatsfoot oil). Avoid soaking them in water — if they get wet, let them air dry away from direct heat. The hair-on cowhide should be brushed gently in the direction of the hair.

Our bracelets are made with high-quality silver-plated and nickel-free hardware, so they won't turn your skin green with normal wear. To keep them looking new, take them off before showering, swimming, or working out, and store them in a dry place.

The bracelet has a 9" inner diameter with an adjustable closure and features a 12mm belt buckle pendant, fitting most wrists comfortably. The adjustable chain lets you dial in the perfect fit whether you have a smaller or larger wrist.

We use high-grade UV-resistant epoxy resin rated for long-term clarity, so your lamp will stay crystal clear for years under normal indoor use. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from high heat sources (like radiators or hot car dashboards) to preserve the finish.

Each lamp has a built-in LED light with an easy on/off switch on the base. They run cool to the touch, use very little power, and are completely safe to leave on overnight as a nightlight or ambient accent light. Just plug it in, flip the switch, and enjoy the glow.
